We are seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the executive teamdriving strategic HR initiatives that support both business and clinical excellence. This leader will bring a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to building culture, developing talent, and positioning the organization for continued success.
Compensation: $200,000 $225,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals
- Provide oversight of all HR functions, including:
- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Engagement
- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee & Labor Relations
- Organizational & Leadership Development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations
- Champion a culture rooted in trust, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic HR leadership
- MBA and/or professional HR certification preferred
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred, ideally within a hospital or health system
